Happy Weekend!

What a glorious day it is – National Donut Day! It’s the perfect start to our weekend of celebrating Reg for her 27th birthday, and as you may have noticed, we love donuts (evidence from our trip here and our recipe here). And knowing us, we’ll be finding more donuts in Boston this weekend 🙂

Happy Weekend

Oh thank lawdy it’s Friday. We’ve both had our hands full at work these days, and definitely need to a little time to just unwind. Now that it’s finally warming up a bit over here, we can start going on walks, sitting on porches or in parks to read (blankets still required), and going on bike rides to relax and alleviate some stress. We’re hoping we can squeeze some time in for such leisurely delights these next couple of days.

Hope you all have beautiful weekends —

I mean, it doesn’t really get much more Halloween-y than a classic Hitchcock scream, amiright? We’re big fans of this holiday around these parts — there’s just something so fun about listening to eerie surf-rock, watching spooky flicks, getting all dressed up, and eating so much candy that you feel like a kid again. Are you guys getting into the spirit? We wanna know what your costumes are! Here’s to a bitchin’ Halloween weekend, and let’s all hope no one gets stabbed in the shower like that chick up there *points up*. Too much?? 🙂

Guys, this week! It felt long, but also extremely quick at the same time – how does that even happen?! No complains anymore, because it’s Friday (yay!). We’re chillin, chillin this weekend and couldn’t be happier. The following weekend, us G&M ladies plus Reg’s roomies are heading up to New Hampshire for a little hiking, leaf peeping and r&r, aka perfection. Now that it’s officially fall we’re happy – crisp air, leggings, apple pie, you know, fall things. Have a great weekend! xo

Hello dearies — what’s everyone up to this weekend? Christa and I have been feeling pretty tangled in a million different webs these days, and can’t help but look forward to catching on up doing things that settle us back into ourselves. I personally would love to go to yoga and perhaps bake something, two things that always help me in feeling centered and grounded. Hope you all have beautiful weekends, see you on Monday!

cct // We as bloggers really know this is true about Instagram & photography in general, but it’s always nice to remind ourselves that there are some days that you can fake it, and some days that it’s ok that you can’t (let’s just live in the moment a little more, right?).

Hello loves — hope you all had stress-free weeks and have exciting weekend plans ahead of you, even if that excitement is in couch form. What are you all up to? Christa and I are both moving out of our current apartments in the near future, so we’ll likely each be doing lots and cleaning and packing, which can be refreshing, especially in early spring — cheers to fresh starts!

Ohh yes it’s here, the day we’ve we 9-5ers have all been waiting for. Was anyone else having a tough time waking up this week? We felt like each and every morning we were hitting the snooze button like, 47 times. Speaking of which, has anyone ever wondered why the iPhone’s snooze button is set for 9 minutes? So I guess it’s peony season! What bad bloggers we are for not knowing and posting instagrams the second we found out (don’t worry, they’ll be there shortly…)! I hope this picture will do until then! Besides that, we hope you all have a wonderful 3 day weekend- basking in the sun, eating too many hot dogs & catching up with friends. Happy {almost} Memorial Day (and weekend!) everyone! xo G&M
