Yaaaaas it is indeedy! We’re jazzed to recover from our first week back to reality. How did you all hold up? Hopefully it wasn’t too bad! Ours started out rough but smoothed out as the week went on. Now we’re ready to get back to the Friday Night Lights marathon that we left off on! See ya on Monday!

rkv // I’ve been using this fitness challenge as a basis to jump start my 2017, and so far I’m into it! I’m not following the plan perfectly, because frankly fitting the gym into my schedule 5 days a week is nearly impossible. BUT I’m making an active effort to do at least 3 days a week. The moves are great because you can easily add or decrease weight or reps to make it more or less challenging.
